Mulakkal Events aim to expand their services all over Kerala and also rest of India.

The Event Management is responsible for planning and executing the large-scale events such as CME’s, seminars, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, exhibitions, festivals, formal parties, concerts, conventions etc. Our event management concept is unique in every aspect, right from the planning up to execution as per the customer’s needs and the event management team is fully committed to fulfill their requirements through creative planning and process.

The process of planning and coordinating the event which can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans. Each event is different in its nature so process of planning & execution of each event differs on basis of type of event.

Our event management team’s job includes overall event design, brand building, marketing and communication strategy, audio-visual production, script writing, logistics, budgeting, negotiation, and client service.
